There are times when reading a book, catching a segment on the news, or hearing a story in the hallway aren’t sufficient for our development. There are times we need to have a shared, memorable experience with important truths about leadership. Tim Spiker and The Aperio associates are passionate about creating these moments of truth for organizations through creative, frank, and interactive communication.

While passion runs deep in the content behind the keynote addresses below, so too does the desire to meet the needs of clients. Each keynote speech below can be customized to best fit the context, culture, and goals of each event and organization in which it is being delivered. In addition to being a keynote address, each of the messages below can also be executed as a 1/2 day, full day, or multi-day interactive learning experience.
