Joel Manby is a former CEO whose leadership style was revolutionized when he discovered the astounding ROA for being a loving leader. Since this epiphany, Joel has made dramatic changes in the way he acts and talks about leadership. After serving as CEO for several decades in the auto and family theme park industries, Joel wrote Love Works: Seven Timeless Principles for Effective Leaders to share how showing love is a powerful leadership strategy.
